Located along the Transpeninsular Highway, one of the main access routes to Cabo San Lucas, this project benefits from high visibility and accessibility for both locals and tourists. The surrounding area is characterized by upscale commercial development and proximity to residential and hospitality zones, making it a strategic site for Starbucks’ market presence.
This project involved a full adaptation and implementation of the Starbucks brand within a newly constructed shell space, ensuring optimal layout, performance, and aesthetic alignment with the brand’s global identity while meeting local conditions and codes.
