This project involves the conversion of an existing tenant space, a previously used as an educational facility into a new full-service restaurant. No changes were made to the landscaping, or site parking layout. The scope focuses on full interior tenant improvement and necessary mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) upgrades to accommodate restaurant operations.

Guests will enjoy authentic Sonoran dishes such as birria de res o chivo, tacos de caguamanta, quesabirrias, and cabeza de res, alongside a robust variety of burritos, tostadas, seafood cocktails, and desserts. The restaurant also serves traditional breakfasts like chilaquiles, and huevos rancheros. This project reflects the brand’s growth and cultural commitment, inviting restaurant that honors tradition, community, and flavor.
